1.   400 Valley Drive; TC-1 Crocker Park Trade Commercial District; Sign Review SR-11-19; Sign Review two new illuminated wall signs approximately 31 and 38 sq ft in size, respectively, and face changes to two existing 11 sq ft monument signs for new tenant Vitalant; David Ford, applicant; Far Western Land and Investments Co. Inc., owner.

 

Any interested person is invited to attend and give testimony.  A copy of the application and plans may be reviewed prior to the meeting at the Planning Department, City Hall, 50 Park Place.  Anyone may appeal the action of the Zoning Administrator/Community Development Director to the Planning Commission not later than seven (7) calendar days after the Zoning Administrator’s/Community Development Director’s action.  An application form and fee is required to make a formal appeal.  For additional information, please contact the Community Development Department at 415-508-2120.
