Small Property Owner Assistance Program: Application Period Opens 10/15

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors has dedicated $2 million to establish a grant program for small-scale residential rental property owners in the County who have been impacted by the pandemic. Eligible property owners may apply for up to $7,500 in claimed losses and may receive direct cash grants up to $6,000 per unit for up to ten units per applicant.
