Brisbane Garden Show

The garden show used to be a staple tradition in Brisbane. In 2021, the Parks & Recreation Commission revived the competition! Gardeners & Artists of all ages are encouraged to submit entries for as many categories as they would like.

The public is invited to visit the Showroom located in the Community Room of the Brisbane Library from 12-3pm on Saturday, August 3rd

All contestants MUST submit an entry form by July 31, 2024! 

Event Schedule - 2024

10am - 11am - Submission Drop-off

11am - 12pm - Judges Deliberation

12pm - 3pm - Open Showroom & Results Announcement 

3pm - 4pm - Submission Pick-up

  • Large Potted Plant (anything over 18" tall) - Sue Ladow

  • Medium Potted Plant (6"-14" tall) - Karen Latham

  • Small Potted Plant (2"-6" tall) - Mina Yanagihara

  • Mini Potted Plant (under 2" tall) - Sue Cochran
