The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board let us know that the VWR site at 3775 Bayshore Blvd. has submitted a remedial action plan (RAP) and initial study/mitigated negative declaration (IS/MND) for cleanup at Parcel B.  You can view the documents via GeoTracker here.

A formal, 60-day public review and comment period started on Monday, October 31st and went through Friday, January 6, 2022.

A meeting with the Brisbane Baylands Community Advisory Group (BBCAG) where people could ask questions of Regional Control Board staff and/or the dischargers and their consultants was held on Tuesday, November 15th from 6-7:30pm with the following topics:
