Mental Health Resources

dolores

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has changed everyday life for us all.  For many, this means adapting to unexpected changes in our daily routines, such as school, work, social or family life, and for others, it can be even more challenging when missing an important milestone, or facing financial pressures or the loss of a loved one.  View this Mental Health Resource Card provided by San Mateo County Health for Crisis and Non-Crisis Resources, both of which are available 24/7.  Thank you to County Health for the abundance of resources listed below.  We encourage you to take the time to peruse them for yourself and/or share the information with others in need.  We all have the ability to create safer communities.

crush the curve

One way San Mateo County is helping our youth stay well during this time is through their “Crushing the Curve” campaign designed to educate young people (and their parents/caregivers) on staying healthy – mentally and physically – during the pandemic.

Information such a blog posts and pertinent resources are cataloged under Help Yourself and Help Others.  Discover how you can make a positive impact on your friends, your family, and community.
