Notice of Availability of Surplus Land

On March 20, 2020, the Brisbane Housing Authority declared property it owns at 1100 San Bruno Avenue as surplus land.  Pursuant to Government Code Section 54220, the Authority is required to notify affordable housing developers and other public agencies of the availability of surplus land before selling the land to any particular party. In the event the agency or affordable housing developer is interested in purchasing the property, they must notify the Authority in writing within 60 days of the date of the notice (5 PM on May 19, 2020).
