If you're looking for a way to get fit, relieve stress and have fun, this is the class for you!  Water Aerobics has been one of the most popular classes in Brisbane for many years.  The natural buoyancy of the water helps avoid injury and exercising in water offers 12-14 times the resistance of regular exercise.

 

Water Aerobics is a session-based program with separate sessions:

- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00am-10:45am (Year-round)

- Thursdays from 5:45pm-6:45pm (July - October)

Drop In Fee

$10 Residents / $11 Non-Residents

Online Registration 

$36 Residents / $40 Non-Resident (4 week session)
